    If you want to do 100 a day for the two weeks (you've only missed one day, you can just do an extra day at the end) then your goal is 1400. Let me know if that goal is ok. Then each day you come and post how mnay out of 100 you did.

    It's the circuit we did at a bootcamp I attended for 2 8-wk sessions last year & holy crap did it work!!! Hurt like a SOB for the first few go-rounds, but saw results super fast so hoping it'll be the same this time around J-E-L-L-O arms afterwards

    I'll join............(Orv mentioned this thread on sunday........just got around to looking for it now)............I'm already doing a weight class 3 days a week that includes
    squats, crunches & pushups...........so this should motivate me to do them daily.......
