I had two coupons for free coffees in my purse and was going to grab one this morning but when I got to the front of the line there was a sign that prices are going up next week (April 11th) on somethings. It didn't say what would increase or by how much but I thought I'd buy my tea this morning and save the freebie for next week when it could be more expensive.

and I can not believe all the people that complain at the store about not having roll up cups in XL or whatever cups and than try to cry and yell for one in a size that has the roll up. Its SO pathetic. I had one idiot customer be nice to me than yell at me for saying no to him.

One of my best friends won a bike this year. I know a guy who won a mini van a number of years ago. We are in a small town.
She told me that most of the good prizes are on the extra large cups. She used to work at a Timmies for about 4 years or so and told me she should know!!.... LOL

One of my best friends won a bike this year. I know a guy who won a mini van a number of years ago. We are in a small town.
She told me that most of the good prizes are on the extra large cups. She used to work at a Timmies for about 4 years or so and told me she should know!!.... LOL

All of my cups are xl yet still worse year ever! Oh well, I'm glad that there
are some winners out there.

I won 2 donuts. I hardly drinks TH though bc at school the Tim's is located at the swimming pool and that's just too far for me to walk.. Maybe 5 mins from the library :D Plus, I bring my own mug and fills 'er up at the various campus cafe's which have flavored coffee.

A couple years ago some kids dug a cup out of a garbage here in NL somewhere and it was the suv winner!! I remembers it on the news but cannot find the link to the story. Anyway there was huge debate bc the kid's parents fought over who should claim it. I don't know what ever came out of it. :/

I'm not sure if this is the same case that you are referring to, but in Quebec, the girl who found the cup was the one whose family ultimately got the SUV. Not the girl who helped roll the rim, or the man who claimed that he was the one to throw away the cup in the first place.

Mine is out of large cups and when the price goes up next week I probably will use that as an excuse to drink more at home.

I never won anything big with timmies....but I do remember the times when I work for a company on dixie/eglinton (mississauga) ... pharmaceutical clinical research company...the sponsors used to give us gift cards from Timmies and StarBucks..and I do miss that.

This year alone we won every 2nd cups...so far we got about 10 Free coffee and 10 donuts.....
