Thanks for posting these. I guess there has been a lot of confusion and frustration with couponing lately.

Thanks for contacting P&G,
I'm happy to help, but first let me say that we can't force stores to take our coupons or follow our guidelines. Stores can determine their own reimbursement rules.
That said, by our guidelines, you can use one coupon per one item up to four. For example, if you have 4-$1 off coupons for Tide, you can use all four coupons if you buy 4 containers of Tide. We limit identical coupon use to four per shopping trip, which can be interpreted as one trip through the check out or one calendar day--determined by the store.
So, if you have 4-$1 Tide and 4-$1 Bounty coupons, you can use all 8 if you buy 4 Tide and 4 Bounty products.
Hope this clears up any confusion.
Karen

The downfall where I live is that on the back of "coupon zone" coupons at RCSS it clearly states now that the coupon "cannot be combined with any other offer or coupon" and so they refuse to allow them to be combined with manufacturer coupons here because it would be against the terms stated on the back of the coupon zone coupon. I think their reasoning behind this is RCSS (at least at my location) have stopped with the "manufacturer coupons" available in their locations, and instead they read "coupon zone" forcing you to use the coupons at their location only. some of these are the same as manufacturer coupons that we can find on tear pads elsewhere..... *sigh* irritating really.

btw, I will happily blame you all when stores start with the one per purchase = transaction because you are showing them their official policies

Man could you imagine how slow their tills would get when we all rang in one item and paid, then another item, then paid etc..... They would go nuts! I have had them tell me that it means one per transaction (which obviously it doesn't) and said, alrighty we're going to need a whole LOT of sticks then. I will pay for each item one at a time as they all have coupons and I have LOTS of time today ..... all of a sudden its "never mind I'll just ring them in"
