I was too shaken up last night to post after reading about how Woofy was treated by the staff at Sick Kids. I am hoping that Ethan is improving today, and we are continuing to keep him in our prayers. Stay strong Mom.

Thanks all for your support and encouragement.

Just a little update... Nothing much has changed since we came into ICU on Saturday evening. Ethan is still on the ventilator... The swelling has not improved yet, but everything else about Ethan is okay.

It's just a waiting game now... Waiting for the swelling to go down, so they can take out the breathing tube, and waiting for Ethan's system to finish fighting the croup virus, the Influenza B virus, and the chest bacteria infection.

He's really been through a rough 11 days... But I see better days ahead... I see that Ethan will henceforth be surrounded by lots of love, hugs and kisses... So, whatever happened in the past 2 weeks will be but a blessing in disguise for this precious little guy...
