today and everyday my kids! always grateful and thankful to have them

Well of course my kids and my hubby, but today especially I'm thankful that the line at the Dept. of Motor Vechiles was non existant, I walked right in and up to the counter with no one else in line, it was great!

I'm thankful that my back hurts, so spilling pop over important personal papers and trying to dry them all out over the living room floor is no big deal! Normally I'd be fit to tie but I don't care!

I am very grateful to have electricty.. ventured out to do laundry and in talking with others discovered that:
1/3 are still without any power
1/3 have partial power (none to fridge, stove and bathroom, just in time for thanksgiving!)
1/3 (including me) have power..

Washers working but not dryers... hard to find a space to hang everything, but if that is the worst that happens today I am still thankful.

hi, i'm thankful for each and every new day, exciting or not... just a bonus of course when we do have good things to happen. everything is for a reason... maybe we don't know why, but one day when we are meant to know why, we will.

i am thankful most for the many good spirited, kind-hearted and Dear special people in my life! people are everything... having been away from my home and hometown the most of my adult life... well, i am thankful and i appreciate!

as sad but true there is plenty of ugly at times. life is either looking through rose coloured glasses... smelling the roses or simply seeing the thorns, so-to-speak and i choose to see the beauty! wishing everyone only the good and the beauty !

I'm thankful that I was stubborn/stupid enough to walk with my daughter to Timmies, despite paying for it now! The pain is worth it!
