I'm thankful for OHIP...! Otherwise gryphon's granma might not get the treatment she deserves...

And grateful that my fellow Ontarians have access to it. People may take OHIP for granted, but I'm so pleased that even indirectly (through taxes) we can help each other out in times of health crisis.

Oh, I like lottery ticket buyers too. They help pay for hospitals and health care. Thanks guys!

I'm thankful that my sheltie is feeling better. I am not sure what he ate but I woke up to the sound of a crying dog, the to a sick dog and now home to a pain in the butt dog.. I love him =)

Wow, i really like this thread. Thankful for it. It's different to actually write this down. Thankful for a great thread idea.

And thankful today for Craig's list that has helped me unload things I cannot use to those that can find use for it and meet some really cool people. it's a small thing, but a great thing.

DD found her missing cellephone, it is a great relief in many respects.
I did not need to buy a new pair of Orthodics, only had to have them adjusted.
And although I may say it many times, I am still quite thankful to be able to get out of bed. Though walking may be difficult and painful, I can still do so.
Give thanks one and all for your good health. Often we take it for granted.

After watching the news about the oil leak and seeing animals and birds dead or dying ,covered with oil,and the evironmental disaster that is happening I am having a hard time being thankful for anything.So I had to look at the little things and I found one. I am thankful that I saw the little toad on my lawn. He was cute and he eats mosquitoes. I am thankful that I am an "animal lover" they give me many things.

Even though I'm still unemployed, today I'm thankful that my path to employment has gotten brighter than the day beforeI got some positive feedback from an interview & have active job leads
