    I'm thankful for another shot at life... was diagnosed with stage 4 colorectal cancer.... in the past 7 months I had radiation, chemo, 10 hour surgery, lost a lot of weight and had a heart attack. Now I'm 100% cancer free.. next checkup in Jan... it all feels surreal.. so glad its all over

    happy i can enlarge the letters on my pc screen when i have sight problems making my reading easyer
    happy DH found a ''belt'' part of the snowblower at a dealer not too far
    happy i foud a nice blouse that fits me @ 50 o/o off
    happy that i'm calling my ''little'' brother to wish him ''Happy Birthbay'' tonight
    happy my nuclear scan i had yesterday whent well, i was released half an hour earlyer, now, i'm just nervous to know the results

    i had a long colonoscopy on Wenesday and though i didn't sleep with the sedation (?), everythin went fine and my colon is OK said the surgeon ....did i tell you ''i hate that game !'' ?

    Very thankful we got to have a visit with my oldest sister and BIL - haven't seen them for five years. He's had major health issues, and though he's weak and changed quite a bit - he's still 'himself' and made me laugh, as always!

    with DH's back nowhere near 100% yet, I am so grateful DS#2 lives here and helped me move the furniture, place the leaf in the table, etc. He reaches all the things that are way up high too and opens tight jars!! ha ha
