A Great Trip to Wallyworld with DD & My Mom *PIC*

My youngest DD has swimming lessons every Saturday and grandma came to watch her today. She was so excited . After swimming we decided to take a trip to Walmart as I wanted to price match a few items.

My mom ended up buying my DD the new movie Tangled - thanks mom! She loves it and couldn't wait to get home to watch it. Mom also took us to McDonald's for lunch which was a nice treat too.

Spotted some cute spring coats for my DD's and mom grabbed 2 of them and will give them to my DD's for Easter .

I gave mom some coupons too as I wouldn't be needed to purchase anymore of the items that the coupons were for. She was so happy. For some reason, she doesn't use coupons often, but should start!!!

Onto my brag:

1x Cadbury Creme Egg - $2.00 - $.50 = $1.50 (used coupie from tearpads found in stores)

I had a great cashier as well and he didn't even look at the coupons, just put them through! Gotta love it when that happens!

My total before coupons was $54.20 and I used $28.87 in coupons, so my OOP was $25.33!

I had a young cashier today who didn't even look at the coupons either. It's so much faster when they just type it in instead of reading every little thing!

And the Creme Egg cakes are gross! Kids would probably like it though because they are really sweet.

weird I went to walmart this evening and the hamburger helper was on for 1.25 all with the 3.00 meat coupon on them .... i thought all walmarts were the same? and the ex dates are long long away they were not on clearance ... so weird
