If you have the Wii bub, you should just invest in a fitness game.
1. because you cantbe lazy and decide to "not go" (cause your already home!)
2. much cheaper
3. most games you receive feedback from your "trainer", which at the gym, you will not get unless you pay extra $$
Just an idea

yeah, I don't do gyms because I find I won't go. Much easy to work out at home!

I don't have a wii
the reason i am choosing the gym is actually i am having bad anxiety a certain night a week after a certain event that i don't want to get into (bear with me lol)
and i feel the gym will be a good stress release for me. i literally need to get out of the house and clear my head.
also my physiotherapy spinning on the bike is helping my leg tremendously and i want to keep it upLast edited by itsjustmebub; Thu, Apr 8th, 2010 at 08:09 PM.

same here. the only time i ever went to the gym regularly was when i worked there. lol! Thats the only time id work out frequently, and it was always during my shift . The fitness games imo are just as good and have many more benfits (ones i mentioned above)...
I was thinking the next game i want is actually the EA Active More Workouts. I was reading reviews and it seems to be rated quite highly!
lol! Well, only you know what works best for you Good luck with the gym! and im sorry to hear about your stress/anxiety

hahaha do you mean, to you, from swagbucks? lol! Im saving my gcs for a game (want to buy my mom something first). and yes good reviews! I looked through a whole bunch today... I was first thinking of the Your Shape for the wii with the camera, but i read reviews, half are good half are bad... I guess the cam doesnt pick up every movement you do (that would be way too annoying while trying to work out). you should get it too, wouldnt make sense if u didnt twin!

Okay, this is the way I want my middle section:
Britney Spears (back in the day of course), had the best abs I had ever seen. she was not starved-looking, and thats what I like, I dont want to look like a body builder, but i want to look like I care. LOL
