Well, all the windows on one side of the house are completely ice - covered.
It's treacherous out there. Be super careful on your drive home from work. It's going to be a long, slow, and dangerous one.

Listening to a new Downchild Blues Band CD I bought yesterday - recorded live at the El Macombo. It's great just like all the other's I have. Went to HMV again yesterday and bought it, plus a few DVD's - Dickey Betts & Great Southern, southern hits from 1978-2008, he played with the Allman Brothers Band, this is a double DVD so it should be good, he's a great guitar player, Queen Live at The Rainbow '74 and after watching Deep Purple the other night which I thoroughly enjoyed I bought another of theirs - Pheonix Rising (part documentary), that gives me 3 of their DVD's. People are buying stuff up at the HMV - glad I got what I did last week or those would have been gone.


I was caller one this morning but that didn't do me much good!

Nothing but a medium drizzle in Waterdown right now.
No sign of freezing rain here.
Temperature remains @ "Zero" to +1.0 C.
So far we in this area have escaped any freezing rain all day long, but it has been raining all day long.
Hope it continues over night.
Freezing rain has to be the worst weather condition of the winter for driving , because road conditions are so unpredictable from one area to another just 1 KM away.

It is Definitely Icy here in Mississauga.
Probably more Risky getting TO the Car than Driving on the Main Roads.

Drive home wasn't too bad. My car was covered with more ice than the road. The roads were more slushy than icy. Hope everyone arrived home safely.

Don't know what it will be like tomorrow morning, hope the streets are not too icy as I have quite a bit of walking to do!

I was able to remote start my vehicle so that I could at least get in... The back hatch was frozen shut so I had to climb over the back seat to get the snowbrush to scrape...
