Helen came Home today in the a.m.
Visited Her this Evening and She is doing Fine.
She's a Tough Bird... tired... but Tough.

It was a wonderfully beautiful day today.... just got back from taking my
mother in law home.... My mom and mother in law get along famously...
I think they forgot there were others around today...

@ 4:38 am my daughter officially came into this world, November 7, 17 years ago...
I told her when she went to bed that she was not born yet....
I was still in labor at the time, a total of 19.5 hrs...
The proofs look great. We will have them in a few weeks.

Up early to take my mom to the train.... She always takes the earliest
train home so she arrives early afternoon while it is still light.

Thank you very much for the reps and birthday wishes for my daughter...

I will do as much repping as I can....

well i just got some exciting news from my rodent. she just informed me that she's now engaged!
she also said that the wedding won't be till september 2014. they'll come back here to get married since most of their families are here.

thank you so much everyone for your heartfelt congrats to my rodent's engagement. even though they're not getting married till sept 2014, she's already picked out her wedding colours of sapphire blue & light gold & she's getting a list of people to invite.
she has been seeing him for about 1 1/2 yrs & he is a great guy. he even cooks too! not just KD or newfie tube steaks, either, real food. at the very least, they won't starve. rodent is still a little lacking in the cooking department. it took her till going to college on her own to call or email on how to cook this or that. tried to teach her when she was home, but had no desire to learn. it was a rude awakening when she went off to school.

Lee, I am so grateful that my son still let's me take his pic. Unlike his older brother. LOL. I know the time will come when he will say, Okay enough, no more. At least Austin won't or can't say no as long as there is a treat involved.

I hear ya.. In the Allegany's my poor kids on the last day or there abouts, I'd take them down to the crick or on a hike and have to snap dozens of pics.. (and that was before digital cameras) It was always "ok guys..its time for Moms photo shoot", with eyes a rollin.. but they did humour me every time and I am so grateful for those pics nowI think they like them too
