man sues bmw for 2 year erection!

A san francisco man is suing bmw and motorcycle seat manufacturer corbin-pacific for general negligence and product liability because he continues to have an erection following a motorcycle ride nearly two years ago.
In a claim filed on april 26, henry wolf said he rode his 1993 bmw motorcycle — which has a corbin-pacific seat — in san francisco on may 1, 2010. The ride lasted two hours each way to and from his destination, according to the claim, and after the ride he developed "a severe case of priapism," a persistent and painful erection.
According to the claim, wolf "now suffers from priapism and has been experiencing continuing problems since his motorcycle ride."
"he is now unable to engage in sexual activity, which is causing him substantial emotional and mental anguish," the claim says.
Wolf alleges the "ridge-like seat" of his motorcycle caused the erection. None of the allegations have been proven in court.
