I totally agree H team.... I hope so too.... btw, did you hear that they are closing the Kingston Pen? It's too old so they are moving everyone to a newer "better" facility...

I could not agree with you more. It really worried me when I heard about the evidence they did not allow the Jury to see. In the end though we got -

We had a decent amount of people by for the sale today, but I think the "Good Will" was the biggest winner....

My daughter made the most money today (selling her "old" hockey equipment and other sports "stuff".) Next my FIL with about 25 records and a lot of paperback books.... We came in last with some odds and ends.... the good news is that I took a full van load to the Good Will

Hopefully someone will eventually enjoy the things we no longer need, and someone will get some $$ for it... It's amazing how many people I met at Good Will today that did the same thing.... (dropping off whatever they didn't sell at their garage sale....) it was far more work than it was worth, and there are a few things that I will try to post on Kijiji before I get rid of.... Oh well... at least we enjoyed the beautiful sunshine today...

Tomorrow we are heading North to do some w*rk on the boat before she goes in the water!! I can't wait!!

yes heard that a couple of weeks ago, but they didn't say where they were putting the prisoners that are in there. why do they need a new facility, they're criminals, they're not suppose to live in the lap of luxury. something's wrong with this picture, prisoners getting better treatment & extras when law abiding people go without.

Hope everyone enjoyed their day.

I saw Home tonight, interesting play, although not everyone enjoyed it (a few folks snuck out a few minutes into the play, sheesh). Then I stayed for the cabaret - two lovely chanteuses entertained us. Judith Lander sang Weill songs. Sara Farb sang some more, um, whimsical songs (even more than the Brecht songs). My favourite was a lovely ballad about falling in love on the tropical beaches of....Jurassic Park, only to have her true love torn to bits (literally!).

There was also an interesting song that had shades of James Bond, which really should have been the theme for Mrs Doubtfire (Doubtfire, equally at ease with a switchblade or a blender....

). Lots of fun tonight.

Off to bed now. I promised some friends I`d make lunch for them tomorrow, so I`d better get some rest (maybe I should program 911 on speed dial first, in case I give them food poisoning?

).

My physiotherapist recommended a massage for me to help break up the knots caused by favoring different muscles. The one hour massage was more torture than the physio. The knots were so tight she had to use her elbow and her weight on them. The only "happy ending" I wanted was for her to stop. My back is a little tender today from the massage, but the knots are gone!
