Spent the day at the hospital today. My 90 year old Mother had surgery. All went well. It was a wet and cold ride home.

Kawam, I'm happy to hear everything went well !!! I know what you'll be thankful for this Thanksgiving.

Good morning!!!

I borrowed a roaster to fit my 32 pound turkey but I never checked to see if it would fit in my oven..... I had to remove the rack from my oven to get the pan to fit

I sure hope this bird turns out ok.....

I hope everyone has a wonderful, safe Thanksgiving!!!

Well, I've done everything for tomorrow that I can do today.
My turkey's only 23 lbs, & I thought that was big. At least I'll have room in my roaster to do potatoes. I'll make a salad tomorrow, peel the carrots & potatoes, make the stuffing, etc. etc. etc.
Hey Loocie, I made pumpkin pie too, along with an apple, a lemon meringue & a chocolate pizza. (it's like a giant brownie, covering a pizza pan & covered with smarties)
