    Morning Q-sters

Happy birthday to the Keeper Wolfie...May your weekend be wonderful!!!

Looks like it might be a sloppy day out there, wet snow, mixed precipitation and light rain. Be safe...

Just a quick note that requires no vote as we can come to a common consensus,
We can wish Wolfie's wife many happy returns for birthday that is tremendous,
Happy Birthday to you a song we all sing most often in the key of C,
May your celebration be filled with many happy thoughts, even some potpourri,
There's many ways to commemorate your day, as celebrations are a personal thing,
Enjoy a day of extra pampering & enjoy all of the birthday bling!

Raw footage from a security camera inside a Chicago subway station shows the moment an eight-car commuter train derailed and lauched up an escalator.
The dramatic clip, recorded inside the station at O’Hare International Airport, begins with a straphanger talking to what appears to be a person in uniform at the top of the escalators early Monday.
As the pair converse, the light from an oncoming train can be seen approaching quickly from the background.
Suddenly, the speeding train crashes into the end of the platform — where it vaulted up the escalators.
The two people standing at the top of the stairway leap out of the way as the train lunges towards them.

Toronto firefighters battle massive industrial fire at Dufferin & Eglinton

    A 6 alarm fire !!

Wall collapses at Dufferin & Eglinton mattress factory fire

    Toronto Staff Mar 27, 2014 11:56:50 A

Toronto firefighters are dealing with a six-alarm fire at a mattress factory after part of the building’s exterior collapsed.

The fire began at Foamco on Fairbank Avenue, near Dufferin Road and Eglinton Avenue, around 9 a.m. on Thursday. The east wall collapsed around 11:45 a.m. and there are fears the north wall could follow.
Officials say 30 trucks and 120 firefighters are at the scene. The Ministry of the Environment has also been called in.
Huge plumes of smoke can be seen as far away as Pearson International Airport.

One man whose business shares a back fence line with the factory spoke with CityNews from the showroom.
“We can see all the back loading docks. There used to be 18 and now’s there’s only three. We’re watching a plume of smoke fly by us,” Tarik Elmas said.
“The flames are probably twice as high as the building.”
Elmas said officials have not spoken to them and the wind is blowing the smoke away from his building, adding he couldn’t smell anything.
Those who live in the area have been told to stay indoors and keep their windows shut. There has been some evacuation of other buildings but those are minimal, officials told CityNews.
Toronto Fire Capt. Mike Strapko told CityNews there are 56 firefighters on the scene but firefighters are not going into the building. Instead, they are fighting the fire from the outside.
680News airborne traffic reporter Darryl Dahmer flew over the scene and said he saw smoke and flames coming from the building. The wind is doing most of the work of dispersing the smoke, officials said.
The factory manufactures memory foam for beds. All the employees have been forced out of the building. There are no reports of any injuries.
Dufferin is closed from Castlefield to Wingold avenues as crews battle the fire.
The Ontario Fire Marshal’s office is investigating.

Wonder if they used foam to extinguish the fire!
