Good morning, everyone.

Rain, rain, go away
Come again another day
The tourists want to come and play
At the Art Show on today.
Hoping for sunny skies today for the artists and those who come to see their wares. There were some dark nasty-looking clouds this morning, good thing they seemed to have moved on.
Rocky - shall I send Lily dog over? She's been known to wear a sleep mask when the cat's snoring has kept her awake. And with her (lack of) waitressing skills, you'd both be covered in jello and whipped cream.
Aloha, here's hoping you have less adventure than I did when I foolishly visited Ft Lauderdale 2 days after Hurricane Andrew hit. Oh, & if you are looking for additional swimwear (you can never have enough bathing suits when on a beach
), Walmart.ca has some cute things on sale in their clearance section.
Off to finish baking cookies, my wrist got tired from petting Quincy cat, so I just couldn't work the dough. Poor Lily dog is still waiting for permission to lick the bowl (I was cruel yesterday and to keep her busy, I put a dollop of pb on her nose - took her 15 minutes to remove every trace of it
).
Hope everyone has a wonderful day.

Greetings to QBee dudes & to QBee dudettes too,
A Holiday Monday for some & I hope that means you,
Loocie is commemorating six years as a Smart Canuck girl,
I think I get honourable mention - let the banner unfurl!
Do you know this place has evolved & changed in a number of ways,
We've kept this thread going, & that sure deserves praise,
Keep on playing records, CD's, cassettes & even phonographs,
Thanks to all of you, for the smiles & all the laughs,
A Smart Canuck story continues to be blogged & written,
Loocie still likes it here & I am still rather smitten.

This is one of the best things I have ever seen on this forum or any where else for that matter. Just gotta mix some football plays in there for the sporty types out there. I think this is actually a brilliant demonstration of how differently men and women think, communicate and process info. Btw, our matrix has Jon Bon Jovi in the 2-9 zone...and Lobsters rank about 12-2

What a crazy day for on and off rain...........It looked okay out so I decided to play in the LB jitney. The minute we shook hands the rain started, and then the thunder started and then we stopped for a bit and started and stopped etc and then the whole thing had to be called off before the 3rd game. We won $10 but probably would have got more if we could have finished. Oh well..........
