I just talked to a friend in Manawalki. Ontario, Quebec border north of Ottawa. Not a drop of snow up there either. Unbelievable. McSkier and Attitash must be going crazy.

My aunt in Montreal says the same thing. No snow there either. Can't remember a time when Montreal didn't have snow by now.

How come you never see macho men order a round of shandies?
Do you think that honey beer should be shared with your honey?
& there is a beer named grizzly but is there a beer named bunny?

& have you ever consumed so much beer that your head was in a whirl?

My quitting of smoking, back in OCT/89, was due to having strep throat for a little over a week. I couldn't eat, talk or barely drink anything. warm tea & honey or soup broth is what I lived on. Needless to say, by the time I was feeling better, I didn't want to smoke any more & had lost 10lbs. Not quite the diet & quit smoking plan that is good for you, but it worked.

A tip for your loose rolls of wrapping paper: try using bathroom tissue rolls as a cuff to save the edges of your wrapping paper and keep it from unrolling.

I quit smoking years ago,after a number of tries What finallly did it was the price of the smokes. I simply refused to pay something like 2.49 for a pack... I believe that it was 1978...
