Well, we only had a 15 blizzard about 5:00 yesterday.
The roads were dry this morning, so I went & picked up my car.
I'm going to run a few small errands before the major storm hits.
It's sooooo nice being able to get out.

Kawam - I'm so, so, vey jealous !!!! I haven't been to the Jays spring training in a couple years. Have a wonderful time, and cheer for me. Go Jays.

Lee - welcome back. 30 in Mexico, that would be so nice. What did the resort do for your 4th visit ?

Rockit - drive carefully today, and I hope Thursday goes well. I'm sure you don't want to go back in for more surgery, but that much closer to being 100% again.

Mid morning greetings all. So Kawam is going to the sunshine state. Lee03 came back toned, tanned & relaxed, Andi tells us that Lily is on the mend - that's good news & knotty is going to see The Who on Roger's birthday yet!! Cool enjoy. I wonder if he still swings that microphone around? (I can still see him doing that!)
I'm happy for all you travelling Canucks. You gotta do it while you can.
I'm feeling a bit sore & yes I do have some bruising, but other than that, I'm no worse for wear. It will remind me to be even more cautious. I've been fortunate that I haven't had more falls really. Any how, it is treatment Tuesday as I begin my third week of "dosing" It's next week that I get off.
We did it, we made it through February & seem to have landed in March. Have a great day & look out for that weather of ours.

Matcha Shamrock Shake

02/08/2016 Recipes Drinks Rachel MacKay Matcha Dates Avocado Banana Mint




Ingredients

2 mint leaves
1 tsp matcha powder
1/4 avocado
1 frozen banana
1 date, soaked and pitted
1 tsp vanilla extract
Handful of spinach
1 cup nut milk of choice
Method

Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend on high for about a minute. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
