The Hangover Cure

Coconut water rehydrates and apple cider vinegar and ginger promote digestion and tame nausea.
Ingredients

350 ml coconut water
1 inch knob fresh ginger root
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
6 ice cubes
Method

Add coconut water, ginger, and apple cider vinegar to a high-speed blender and blend until ginger has completely broken up.
Pour liquid over a strainer, into a glass, so the ginger fibres are collected. Discard fibres.
Add ice to strained mixture, and enjoy.

I'm sorry you had that fall Loocie but glad you are okay. Any fall can be a bad one but if we come out of it without much harm done that is a good thing.

Tremendously happy for Lily andi, I sure hope she doesn't have any setbacks, fingers crossed for her.

Some snow has fallen here but not a lot yet. Hope my daughter gets back okay, she rode her bike to Ryerson today - she was going to take the streetcar but as we know there was a problem and she was already late so she took a chance.......if it holds out until later this afternoon she may be okay but the streets already look a little slick.....

In the 5 years that I have been commuting to Guelph for late Tuesday martial arts classes, I have never stayed home due to weather issues...
But today might be the first.
It seems so deceptively calm out there right now...
By 8:00 it might be okay, though.
Yesterdays little blizzard was brief, but caught me walking across the parking lot of no frills with forcefully driven ice pellets that stung the face and carried off the small burrito boxes...

I already got my Def Leppard tickets at lunch time. There was a pre-sale for AMEX card holders. I am taking my family as well as our day care provider.

We saw Def Leppard with Heart back in 2011. It was a great show. Looking forward to seeing them again.
