Reppin' on a friday, giving it to you,
Reppin' without reason, cause I haven't got a clue,
Rep you if need it, rep without a care,
Last week I repped someone & it was simply on a dare,
So this is rep I give you, it's the friday kind,
& rep can be doled out from the front or given from behind,
It’s pretty toasty warm out there & we so need some reppin’ rain,
& all of you can join me and sing in the refrain,
if you're so inclined you can do some reppin' flips,
& cause I'm feeling generous, I'll share my reppin' chips.

Extra rep for Kenrod for loosing 16 pounds,
You must have done lots of dancing & moving to the sounds,
It certainly isn't easy to shed a bit of extra weight,
You must pay close attention to what you're putting on your plate,
Wings & beer must be a no! no! & anything that's been deep fried,
I'm impressed that Kenrod just takes it all in stride,
If you have a secret how you accomplished such a feat,
Please share a couple of pointer - that would be so very neat.

When I quit smoking 2-1/2 years ago
I was thinking, “kenrod, way to go!
Then I replaced the butts with potato chips
And that weight just went to my hips (I’m trying not to sound like a girl here, but it rhymes)
The motion of smoking and eating chips was similar
I kept on getting bigger instead of littler
I really put on the weight
That I couldn’t fit through the gate
Two months ago I decided to drop the pounds
So I started to do my rounds
And walk 3 km each lunch hour
I walk past the drive-thrus, whose food I used to devour
Instead of going out for lunch every day
Bringing a healthy lunch to work is definitely the way
16 pounds later
There is less around the equator
My pants are starting to fall down
I look silly pulling up my pants while walking around town
I occasionally go to the drive-thru
But the frequency of going is now few
There is still lots of work to be done
But at least I don’t weigh a ton
I will have to stay the course
And cut down when eating the main course.
This poem is a little cheesy,
But I am certainly not good at composing them like our resident poet Silly Loocie

Good morning, maybe great morning as I start a week’s vacation in one hour. The pool was full this morning and it started up almost right away. Heading up to Soyers Lake tomorrow, we rented a nice cottage. If I don’t get on have great week.
Way to go Jays and Argos last night. And Milos is playing a great game right now, last set!!!

Good morning fellow Canucks!

Let's get through the day so that 5:00 rolls around sooner. Too bad we only get a two day weekend. I could get used to three day weekends.

Well folks, have a great day and great weekend!

Propose the idea of working 4-10 hour days in the summer so that every week in the summer would be a long weekend.
Not all employees would have to work the same schedule and their days off could be staggered so there would be representation as it exists currently.
The only problem would be convincing your clients to do all their business with you on such a staggered schedule.
It can be done, but not without a lot of advance preparation.
Maybe you could institute it for next summer.
I know that it is do-able because I have made it happen.

I am trying not to be a big boy these days. I have dropped 16 lbs in the last 2 months. I think part of the weight loss is from our dancing at the workplace.
