I knew her from iaido class at the JCCC, but haven't seen her in several years...

She composed some original music for our end of year DVD of 2006...
I knew tha she was a pro musician, but didn't keep track of her...

good morning all, sounds like everyone had a good friday the 13th except for a few scares, yesterday was just a day of patience for me, couldnt get anywheres fast enough but did close 2 jobs up. i dont think i am even going to move today. be nice to do nothing for once

i really feel sorry for carla - it must be so terrible to
need to sing/perform for an audience, and to see/hear
what does happen sometimes

from what i can hear i'd like to see/hear her without that

Yes Sandpaper and some sort of sanding block , 4" wide putty knife , paintbrush , primer.

Its actually an easy fix just dont try to overload it with the drywall compound , apply it in light coats like paint , let it dry then lightly sand it wth a sanding block to smooth it out , then apply more compound to fill any imperfections and to feather out the edges so it looks as good as possible , then apply two coats of primer then paint.

i find depending on the size of the holes it easier to cut out the dryway that is damaged to the center of the 2 nearest studs and simply insert a new piece of drywall, just large enough to get rid of the damage

a dull, cold caturday out there, but the drive to work was great, maybe a dozen cars if that. so far it's a boring morning & it's just started. oakville usually doesn't wake up till after 9am. we'll see how it goes. have a great caturday.

Who all is going for sure tomorrow to the S.A. and does anyone know who will be with Paul James? I have to figure out how to get back if I'm going.

I've been under the weather today (I really think I'm just allergic to sn*w), so crashed on the couch all day (no sunshine, so didn't sleep on the carpet with the critters ). At least the brats tried to take care of me...once I made them breakfast, of course.

Think I'm going to go back to my couch.

although a tad too much Christmas cheer last night...into the wee hours of this morning...what were we thinking lol...but note I am the only one stirring..lol a slight delay in heading north for some skiing ...... bring on the snow please.....

what a difference in scenery between acton & oakville. it was definitely a lake affect snow fall. driving home last night, it was getting greener & greener. totally missed us, yeah. no driveway to shovel, roads dry & clear, it was great. if the rest of winter is like this, i`m happy.
