Everything went well, thank you all, so good in fact, I could come home.

McKellar, nice little hamlet by the lake...buy my beverages from the local variety store (closer than going into Parry Sound)...used to get baked goods from a bakery on the McKellar/Ferguson Boundary Road (just off the highway) until the she closed up shop and took off with her lover. Played a round of golf at Deer Run G.C. this past summer and I always visit the candy store in Parry Sound as well as Toad Hill Pottery in Nobel. Enjoy...should note that spotted a stag on the rock facing (reminded me of the Lion King) where he stood atop the rock facing looking over Hwy 124, and just passed the deer crossing sign, as you exit hwy 400, what a smart animal, knows where to cross the road, LOL

So I have a new man in my life. He's the strong silent type, not much of a cuddler, but he's very pretty (and I'm pretty sure he knows it ).

His nickname is Tory (as in Toronto - the friend who introduced us made a point that his complexion is the same as the Leafs, so Tory he is).

The roommates haven't figured out what to make of him yet, hopefully no one will be too inquisitive.

Better go hang out with the family.

Well, my sauna is done - just got in there and Amy came a meowing at the door, was going to hope she'd give up but I'm a wimp when it comes to her feelings so I got up and let her in - she literally ran into the sauna and hopped up (guess she's feeling the cool air too!) Well, I won't be turning the heat on yet - don't feel too cool in here - I've got my windows open upstairs - I'll close them when I go to bed, but I don't turn on the heat until I really need too!

Handsome new male you have there Andi!!! Watch out for Quince - he may want to get a hold of Tory!!! He looks like a Beta.

Anyways, time to go and finish making my blue corn torilla chips with shredded chesses and salsa for a snack whilst I watch a little tube - gotta get up early tomorrow and head downtown, will be there for the day and my daughter insists on walking home so I guess we will - should be quite a bit nicer out with the sunshine!

i'll admit it & i've said so, I HATE COLD. i have flipped my furnace to heat, just in case it does get down to 3 degrees. may even turn my electric mattress cover on to heat the bed to keep me warm. it's TOO early for it to be this cold. it still has to get warm first.

Wow electric mattress cover H Team - it must be cooler there than here - I still only have a light sheet on the bed with no comforter - I get rid of that until it gets pretty cold out!!! I can't sleep if it's too warm..........

p.s. Thanks H team for signing the petition for those poor dogs and rodents etc being abused by the NFL - it does help.......the amount and ways animals get abused is absolutely astounding and horrible.....anything we can do to help I think is a good thing.......
