We're not out of the woods, yet. While today will be drier than yesterday, we are now entering the windy portion of this week's wicked Autumn storm. Gusts of around 80 km/h are possible around Toronto. Environment Canada has issued a wind warning for areas near Eastern Lake Erie & Eastern Lake Ontario where gusts of roughly 90 km/h could be felt.

Police Launch One Day Traffic Saftey Blitz

It’s not just the high winds drivers will have to watch out for today -- the OPP, Toronto police and York Region Police are launching a one day blitz, targeting aggressive, distracted and impaired drivers as well as drivers caught improperly using HOV lanes.
