Doctors have cleared Manny Maholtra to play now and it'll be a day to day decision if he'll be in the line up... this could be a big boost for the Canucks.

Great for fans of the finalists I suppose but yeah, more money for the owners. Kinda burns out playoff teams for the next year so other teams can maybe contend and then these other teams can benefit financially from the playoff series revenues. I believe the players don't really like the longer seasons either. I'm old school, it does seem crazy to have hockey in June lol

Lol. My sister says something similar. My Dad has been a Bruins fan since the '40s. The last time they won the cup (1972) was the year before my sister was born. Not a cup since and she's apologized to my Dad more than once. Originally Posted by momof3heathens
