Need some help!!

Hello am so new at this and am not to sure how this works.
I am a single mother of two babies 4 and 4 months, and am trying to figure out how I can save money, I have been on a few saving coupon sites, but I seem to only beable to get the same items over and over, and well I need more then just paper towels and blades. Can any one help and guide me??

Sign up for the following coupon mailing websites, first of all:

www.save.ca
www.websaver.ca
www.brandsaver.ca

These will have coupons on many items. Check off the ones that are useful to you and have them mailed. When they arrive, viola, coupons for $$ off things you can use!

Create a wishlist, in the trading area and request coupons that you need/coupons you know you can use. In return you can often exchange stamps or other coupons that you don't need (clip/save all of the coupons from your newspaper inserts and similar).

Check inside of boxes. Cereal boxes, pop cases, hamburger helper, etc. All of these have been known to have coupons printed on the inside. Also look inside of your diaper/wipe boxes as sometimes they will have $$ off other products from the manufacturer.

Welcome I use coupons most for pull ups, hair dye, toothpaste, paper products. As I have been learning from this and other couponing site I have learned how to earn "overages" at wal mart (using a coupon that is a higher value than your item and spending that money on groceries) and coupon stacking (I haven't used that much and it only seems to work for those of us in the West). I have also really enjoyed learning about all these on line coupons. I have saved a lot this last month since I started seriously couponing.
