Today I went to Rcss to buy blueberries and seen Gillette 2In1 shampoo with pink stickers on them. I bought my berries ran home and got some coupons. My coupons were over $10.00 so the cashier has to call a CSM. The CSM said nope you cannot use a coupon on a discounted product. I old her I could, as the coupon policy clearly states that I can. She said nope, I said yes. She called her boss and her boss told her yes she can. Then the CSM said nope she cannot use this coupon its more than the purchase, I said adjust it, she said nope, I said yes. She called her boss again, her boss said yes adjust the coupon. I'm so happy I stood my ground.
This is what I bought.
9 x Gillette 2in1 Shampoo ($2.74 X 50%) X 9 = $12.33
6 x Old Spice hair and body wash $2.34 x 6 = $14.04
3 x Coupons used $5.00 (adjusted to $4.11) off WUB3 Gillette products
3 x $3.00 off WUB2 Old Spice products.
Total OOP $6.46 (tax included)This thread is currently associated with: Real Canadian Superstore RCSS

I'm thrilled and now there is 1 more CSM and cashier educated in proper couponing policy at RCSS. Plus i'm very very happy I got my deal.

thats great thank you for doing that ! It sure helps the next couponer that might be in line that might not be brave enough to do that.

I hate shopping at RCSS! Their produce isn't fresh at the Calgary Sunridge location. I always always always have a problem with coupons with the cashiers! Good for you for standing up for yourself! Sad when a customer knows the policy better than the employees and managers.

Way to go for standing your ground! Now the CSM will know and hopefully won't cause troubles for anyone else.
