I have now done 4 surveys for them since April. Not one has shown up in my account as even pending. Is this normal for them? I get emailed the surveys, and I can do them that way, but if I log into my account, no surveys show up. I've emailed twice and no gotten no response. I am stopping their surveys for now, as it is too time consuming not to receive credit for.

i do them asap so they dont get their quota..
so i did the 500 point one,took an hour and its saying i only get 20 points.no luck with this website.
