    being calm is the best...bc I find it worse when u get all upset and yell the other person then has a reason to bet y but when ur calm I find it scares them more! lol

    I just had the best laugh! Fed Ex delivered some video tapes we need from Discovery Channel and on the FEDEX slip they wrote in big letters "VIDEO - NOT " hahahahaha
