Well I got two months in (57 days so i guess just shy of 2mths.) and was going through a rather stressful time in my life and started again.

Hey ya'll I quit two weeks ago with the help of Champix and sheer determinations plus I was not feeling well at all, smoking makes me sick.

Best of luck to everyone who is trying.. keep it up one day it will qork it just takes numerous tries. Hey I I can do it you can too.

Today is day one for me too, I havent put a patch on yet, I had a horrible nights sleep my toddler kept getting up until 2 ish, I had been up since 6 30, my back is killing from a busy night at work and hmmn what else....
My jaws killing from grinding last night.

I don't smoke in the house so im ok on the computer, its the phone that gets me cause i talk and go outside Lmao.

Id say ive been smoking for almost 30 years too considering im going on 29, and my parents always smoked in the house then I started puffing at 15.

Ive had a few stints of quitting but thats it.

Patch erm I don't recall getting a headache any other time i've quit. Cause your still getting nicotine.

Im trying to hard not to go get smokes. I really am.

It doesnt help when my husband got home looks at me and says do u want me to go get you smokes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I dont want you to quit if your going to feel terrible!
