After visiting 3 Zellers tonight all on my way home from work I came home with....................

NOTHING!!

Yes thats right....this past week all stores I visited were swimming in blue stickers....

Tonight...they are mysteriously all gone....coincidence

I went and bought the ottoman that was on sale for $80 because I was looking at it a few weeks ago but was not going to pay $160 for it...also got some of the nestle 6 pack flavoured water in strawberry...found out when I got home they overcharged me for the friggen water...they charged full price (2.99) instead of the sale price(1.50)...but not going to drive all the freaking way back just to dispute 1.50 I would waste 10x that in gas to get there...and this is why I NEVER shop at zellers *sigh*

Went last night to get the ottoman that was on sale for $79.99. When we went through the cash it scanned at $47.xx
The pantry was $29.99 and not $39.99.

Picked both up plus a couple yellow sticker bathroom hardware items.

Used SPC card to get additional 10% off.

Not really good deal for those midnight Sale... I feel surprise when I saw many people start line up around 5:30pm for what they so called "On Special" items.... but they are not really cheap... I even think most items I saw in WM for better deal before

I wasn't overly impressed with the "deals" either. I got up early this morning for the purpose of checking out those 8am specials--the moon rays in particular because our lawnmower has eaten most of the plastic cheapies we had.

( what was I thinking to wake up on my ONE morning to sleep in???)

Got there, checked out the moonrays and didn't like them. I guess I was expecting something heavier duty. The "stainless steel" was super thin and felt like tin to me and they had plastic around the bulbs which always yellows and cracks in the sun.

So I put them in my cart and wheeled around the store humming and hawing the whole time about whether or not to buy them. The deal breaker was when I realized they weren't LED, so I tossed them out of my cart and moped back to my car, wishing I'd opted for the extra hours of zzzzzzzzzzz's.

But on the up side: my Zeller's was quiet at 8am. No lines, no angry mobs, no scrounging for shopping carts.

total OOP was also $0...for about 5 seconds flat...because I took the 25.00 I almost spent but didn't and put it down about 10 minutes later at Old Navy's Big Man Sale.
