HI EVERYONE!!
I Need your help. I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this but if its not, please feel free to move it.
I'm sure alot of you have heard of Nestea singles. They come in a box of six, and they have different flavours.
Well, my husband and myself, and alot of people i know have been buying the orange activ flavour for years, its the only one my husband will drink...
The thing is, is that Nestea has spenda added, not aspertamme!!
My husband has stopped drinking 6 cans of pepsi a day to drinking 6 bottles of water with the orange activ drink mix in it and has lost 25 pounds!!!!.
Now they want to remove that flavour and not sell it any more. I have bought about 60 boxes just so we have some and have pleaded with Nestea to continue to market and sell this flavour. I don't like the kiwi/passion fruit mixed flavours. Anyway, after emailing them several times, (it always sez they will get back to you in 3 days) i have still not heard from them.
So i am asking for your help. How do i get their attention. If you call, you get customer service, they will not forward your call up to anyone higher!!
I really want Nestea to know that they are going to being losing a big customer along with others who use their products.
I love Nestea products, but if they don't want to reply to my emails, how do i get their attention.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks for listening and any help you can offer.

I wish I had some words of wisdom. Just want to say good luck in quest. Drives me nuts when products I love are taken off the market.

Phone them check the packaging for toll free number or write them a snail mail letter from an address on the packaging.

Yes, write snail mail - but not just to the consumer products division - also to the president.

My best advice would be to check if it will still be sold in U.S grocery stores....often times they have a wider range of flavours/products of some groceries that we don't. You might find they carry it and could also make a trip or get a friend to get it for you and stock up??? Good luck!

no idea, congrats. There is such thing as too much of a good thing though. Maybe you could try exploring some different options... if you are unsuccessful.Lifes all about moderation. Once you get used to eating right it really isn't as bad as ya think. I struggle on and off. i have about 20 lbs to lose still after my pregnancy when i gained it all 2.5 years back. Its just so hard to refuse when everyone offers you goodies all the time or their alll around you.
maybe i will email them to complain to,if we all do maybe they will change their minds.

if you're really serious maybe you could start a Facebook campaign. Isn't that how they got Betty White on SNL?

I saw this product on clearance at my local WM for a dollar. I bought a box because I wanted to try it and they pack well in my purse. There was only another box left. But, I also saw it at my local Dollarama and they had maybe 12 boxes. But OP please don't buy too much of this stuff. The expiry date on the one I bought and on the ones I saw at Dollarama is May 2011. Sixty boxes sounds like a good stockpile given the soon expiry date. But if you feel you need more, check Dollarama, WM, Food Basics and RCSS. They're all good at reducing their stock.

You go under the "groups" tab on your FB page and there's a link to "create a group". Once you have created the group, start inviting all of your friends to join...and their friends...and so on. I'm sure your Smartcanuck friends will help you too.

Snail mail is great for these situations. I work customer service (im the one you get when the kid you're talking to can't help you)
Find out who the CEO is and address the letter to him directly. If you don't it will be lost in a mailroom only to be read in 6-8 mos.
Good luck! Don't forget to post about your FB page so we can all help you
