On my previous list, some coupons were found at IGA and some other at Métro...

But I don't remember excatly because I hit 6 or 7 stores on that last run. I was searching manager deals and hunt coupon in the same time. So I just the coupon in my bag as long as I was doing my grocery shopping.

Didn't have much time this wkend/was super sick and just wanted to get my groceries, but I also found between Super C/IGA/Metro:

$1 any Smucker's dessert topping product April 2013, $1 WUB2 Lu Biscuits (same look as old one, expiry Dec 2012),the Blue Water, Catelli Side Dish, Van Houtte, Handi-Snacks (several locations had this one in the past weeks), & $1 Mars chocolate multipack or stand-up pouch mentioned by 2010ontest. Also, other Kraft ones (forget exactly), Kraft cups or something like that (blue coupon).

Have a feeling I would have found more since I didn't go through every aisle as usual, but happy I even found any (hope for those living downtown maybe )

Found some 0.25$ on Barilla pasta. Not worth a lot, but quarters make dollars... An that is GOOD pasta!

Oh, sorry, lol. The sale at Super C. I was concentrating on which types were healthier and so on. I'm going back tomorrow for more since I wasn't sure on freezer space. I'm very interested in redeeming the pins for gift cards.

Found $1 coupon for any Astro Original tub at IGA. Yay for cappuccino.

If you guys like roasts, the french roast is 3.49lb at IGA. Bought a $8 one and had it on the weekend. These are very tender. I shoved lots of garlic pieces in it, roast at 350F for 1 hour and 15 minutes and it was medium rare. It's all meat and no bones. Was enough leftovers to make roast beef sandwiches the next day. Going to get more.

For the mott's fruit + vegetables, have people seen them? I was at super c and I keep seeing only the regular stuff. I'll have to check other grocery stores. Found it weird that they had the coupon but not a single product to use it on lol.

Found coupon heaven today at IGA! Was so excited, haven't had that in a long time lol...Was able to find the goodies 2010ontest posted (yay Astro!! Black Diamond cheese strings and Nestle water!! ) but the Lactancia milk pad was already ripped/gone lol... I think only a lucky few will be finding those.
