    If it's the side of your foot being pushed against the shoe, perhaps you can try those blister cushions. I believe Dr. Scholls makes them but generic brands probably do too.

    It might worsen the problem though, depending on where it is that it's hurting. I'd experiment with cotton balls or socks to see what helps the problem and what I could use the supplement it (there is no way I'm passing up a pair of shoes that I love! ).
    You could stretch the shoes too like previous users have said. If you're really desperate see a doctor for some help with inserts or maybe a shoe repair man to see what he could do.

    I think I might give up on them for awhile, I can't figure out how to walk properly in them, and they just hurt the bone area that I broke...I will miss them, but I haven't really worn any of them in over a year...

    Thanks for the tips! I might as well hold on to them for awhile, and maybe try and stretch them in the future!
