Weird. I tried opening the Derringer blog under bonus sites and it kept coming up with the 404 Error message. Still got points for it though.

His last blog was over a month ago, saying he was going on vacation. (This was the vacation before his most recent one)

Hump day. Better be a good one. We've been trying to close on our home purchase for a week. Lawyers got the documents wrong, the bank got its documents wrong, and then the bank funded late so we couldn't close on time. It's been a week of "Yes we're closing today" and then at 4:30 "Sorry we're not closing today."

Not sure of the answer to this one but will take a stab at it anyways.
Seeing that the phrase suggests that something is being left unfinished and if a person was religious one would have to think that this phrase was first used by that long haired guy 2010 years ago. At the end of each day for five consecutive days he would utter this statement. Finally on the sixth day his project was completed. Seeing there was nothing left to do on the following day he had a few brews and played a couple of rounds of golf. Hope this helps.

2:30, you say? Okay, doesn't affect my lunch at 1:30, so The Price is Right is safe. But my 3:30 break, where we all wait to hear Maury say "You are NOT the father" is in jeapordy. I'm sure I'll find something to keep me occupied.

Not a lot. My brother-in-law hired a couple to move half a cord from the driveway to the backyard. They started in September, they're still not done. Lazy gits took the winter off to "hibernate".
