The ones I got at recall expire in 2 years and each box is 1 month supply for 1 person. So ya I do need them.
And what does it matter if you don't. Get the points and give em to a friend or donate, freebie with printables on full size products are relatively rare, great feeling when you get stuff for free!!

I don't eat any red meat, so I miss out on the vitamins from that. (I'm also a pretty picker eater) so for me, any multi-vitamin is good. But there's nothing bad about saving a couple bucks here and there and getting points! Why not be rewarded for shopping (as long as you are doing it an honest way)

It's a solid brand of multivitamins. One of the better ones out there and it's a steal at this price. Vitamin supplementation is key if adequate nutrition is not met.

I agree.
This happens with every item that people can get for free with shoppers points.
Well before there was an overage at walmart.
I bought 5 (2 seperate trips) I don't use them but my mom does & isn't good at using coupons so I give them to her.

Don't forget that people might not be using the printable coupons, there are $10.00 coupons from a few months ago from smart source or redplum.

I'll say what everybody reading this thread is thinking but doesn't have the guts to say. Your theory about the points is illogical and your post is offensive. I don't see how anybody is abusing anything. The coupon is legit from the manufacturer (printable or otherwise) & the store had a sale. There is no limit or restriction on the coupon, and that was the manufacturer's decision - if they own the product & they don't mind, why should you? Not only that but Shopper's is making a free profit of $4 on each of those. So who are you feeling sorry for? It sounds to me like you might be a bit bitter because the shelves were empty by the time you got to them (and trust you me...I know how that feels). People were rampaging the shelves today, NOT because of Shopper's 20x but because the vitamins were free starting today & they would all be gone within minutes. Why would anybody's primary concern be the points when they are already getting free vitamins? The 20x points falling on free vitamin day was just a coincidence.
Multivitamins are pretty expensive regular price (almost unaffordable if you ask me). But they are very useful. Especially considering many people who are couponing do so because they are on tight budgets. Some hardly have money for food - and it's hard to get decent healthy food on a small budget. So, YES some people need vitamins to nourish their bodies so they can live and be healthy. If a person takes 12 free packs so they can be healthy for 12 months, I am happy for them and so should you.

I have 9 boxes of the vitamins as I was hoping to have enough for a year while I am not working. But I stopped taking them. My friend mentioned her husband was sick on them, and then another person mentoned sickness as well. I did some research on them as they are not the average vitamin because of the probiotics and can see how someone could have side affects. I had to call my mom and tell her to discard them as I don't want her to get sick and she lives out of town and would have no one with her. I'm dissapointed as I thought these would be great for me Next time, I'll research before I get any, regardless of free. :|

Why would your mother get sick? Probiotics are very useful to a lot of people. They help support general wellness and are found in several foods such as yogurt.
My daughter takes them while on antibiotics to help prevent yeast infections.
This is a pretty good article regarding them: http://www.medicinenet.com/probiotics/article.htm

I tried to find a couple boxes today at 3 stores and couldn't. I'm breastfeeding and my prenatal vitamins were making my LO gassy. I was a little bit sad I couldn't find any ANYWHERE.
