Yesssssssssss I have!... My sister took me to chichi's once and i had it there... a few years later I made a wonderful friend who used to work at a chichis and she told me how they are made! (for those that don't know the ice cream balls are coated in corn flakes and frozen at -20C then they are quickly deep fried and it turns the outside into a caramel) It is really good.
