I just got back from safeway... they had the crest 3D white toothpaste on for 3 for $5... I used my $4.50 off 3 and scored 12 boxes of it... my daughter loves this stuff and .50 cents for 3 boxes is a great deal in my books!... yeah LOL i got 3 of the purex deal too... i have it worked out so i will get full money back in airmiles this month! (and i have already sold 3 of the 6 packs of scotties tissues to mom for $3 a piece) What can i say... i am fully stocked on royal tissues... i have 4 X 6 packs already.

This month I am doing a personal budget /couponing challenge for myself. I will be stockpiling items so when i am not able to go out in the winter I will not have to. I started July 31st and I am ending on Aug 30th and i am taking a few days off to go camping! This month i want to save over $500 off the shelf prices and use over $200 in coupons while spending as little as possible and here is how it is going....

So far in the last 4 days i have used $88.78 in coupons...(i am going out one more time today and i should be over 100 if all goes well)
I have saved $292.33 off shelf prices.
I have paid out of pocket $76.07
I have coming back in airmiles cash $35.95 (don't worry i will bump this number up a bunch!)
I have coming back $9 for the scotties deal tomorrow from my Mom.

The 76.07 minus the airmiles and the cash for buying mom the tissues = 31.12 (i should be able to get another 150 airmiles for free too after camping)

I am really liking how these numbers are panning out. I am going to turn my airmiles into shoppers cards and use coupons on bonus point days and try and up the savings so i can bump it up to over 100 once i do a mini redemption.

I will be very well stocked and i will only cherry pick the items i need after this month... it is amazing how much you can accomplish when you put your mind to it.

So far i have purchased
22 marcelle products
12 crest 3D white toothpastes
6 oral B toothbrushes
3 X 6 packs of sponge towels paper towels
3 X 12 packs of double roll purex bathroom tissue
3 X scottie's tissues
4 X 4kg of redpath sugar (it is cane sugar)

2 X 6 packs of 710ml pepsi's

Ok i feel like a redneck for saying this but... i just got back from the Walmart! LOL
I spent $8.60 and used $26.00 in coupons and i added this to my couponing items this month

1 kraft BBQ sauce pm'd with sobeys for $1
1 pkg of lemon pepper spice
4 glade aerosol sprays $1.26 each
2 glade plugin refills 2 for $10 making the total 15.04 - the $10 wub$15
2 Zantac (i did 2 transactions...I left the store between them)
5 secret deodorants pm'd no frills $1.97 and got them free with the $2 p&g

My oop is now $86.67 ... Regular shelf price is a whopping $428.51 not including prescriptions! (this includes 22 pieces of marcelle makeup not in the pic)
I have used $ 118.40 in coupons and my total of stuff coming back via airmiles and tissues is $44.95... you better believe i am happy... exhausted and tired and i hurt a bunch but i am over the moon!

I got the marcelle on July 31st in Target... it was on clearance for 2.89 and $2.33 for the lux lip gloss and blush. There is a $4 printable for it.
