Can someone tell me if when you use the spend x get x bonus airmiles coupons are the AMs supposed to show on the receipt or do they get posted later? Cashier scanned my printed coupon but I don't see the points. I used the spend $40earn60am. TIA

It should show on your receipt. I used the same coupon and saw the miles immediately on the receipt total.

How close to $40 did you spend? The $40 total has to be after all other coupons, and not including taxes or deposits.

All AM's earned for that transaction should show on your bill. If not, then you won't get them. Is your total before taxes, deposit, etc. >= $40? Are you just missing the 60 AM from the coupon or missing the bonus AM from the candies too?

Try to always check your receipt before leaving the store.

If you are legitimately missing AMs ask the CSR to do a "Phantom Refund Resale" (instead of writing up in the book).

Happened to me before. End up received some on the following Friday and the rest in a week or two.
