I can think of Rexal offer only for now if there is good sale/deal in their flyer.
Last time the Mega Event was on Rexall had books available and I recall they included $5 off purchases of $30???? and still counted towards your total.

Since the loss of Safeway here on the Island I usually have to struggle to meet the Mega Event requirements but this one looks fairly doable. Did the first coupon today: Rexall B$25G15. Downloaded the B$25G$5 and B$30G50AM coupons first.
Couple of tips:
1. The B$25G15 and it didn't go through at first. The cashier thought it was because it said couldn't be combined. Told her the Rexall is an Airmiles Promo coupon not Rexall and asked her to try it again. Sure enough it worked.
2. The cashier told me I got the 20% Off Seniors Day on the regular priced item I had. Then she volunteered they give it to everyone regardless of age. Seems people were getting upset about being asked if they were seniors so policy now was to give it to everyone. Cannot guarantee this is policy at every Rexall but worth asking.
The receipt came with another B$25G$5 coupon valid May 3/4 but you can download one good to June 6 here:

Does vendor coupon count towards spending thred?
For safeway/thrifty - If I grab $100 worth of stuff and use $20 in coupon and pay net total $80, will I still get bonus airmiles?
If yes, should I give airmiles coupon first then vendor coupon or doesn't matter either way?
