    Hey gals! Good to see new WW ppl! YAY! 2 weeks I gained 0.4 and last week I stayed the same... BOOOOOOOOOO! I weighed myself a bit ago and it says I lost 2 pounds.... Well weigh in tomorrow morning and see then! Right now the scale says I am in the 100's!!! Just barely but it says 100's LMAO! I hope It sticks till tomorrow.

    Anyone know a godd recipient for c
    low point chocolate chip muffins? My dd and I are in this together and it is one of her favorite things. She is doing awesome , 11lbs in 4 weeks, and I would like to give her something as a special treat. She is just in high school so I don't want her feeling deprived or like she is cheating. I myself have lost a whopping 1.8 lbs but I am happy with that. I am eating better and really aware. My downfall is of course......wine! I have been walking so much that frankly I am surprised I still have an ass!

    I am down 1.6 last Tuesday... lil late posting LOL. My total is 31.8.... I posted wrong on my last check in , it was 30.2 instead of 30.8. I weigh myself this morning and it said i was down a pound, Hopefully that and more for Tuesday. I am in the 100's!!!!!!!!!!!!! I havent seen the 100's in .... I have no clue!

    Glad to find this thread. I have completed three weeks and have lost 7.5 pounds. I have 38 pounds to go, so I have a long journey ahead. I had done WW before, on the old points program. I love the new Points Plus...with fruit and low-starch veggies at zero points I am eating a WAY healthier diet. I will be checking in frequently for support and for sharing the victories as well as the challenges!

    I had a recipe for chocolate muffins but I can't find it. It uses a low fat brownie mix and All Bran cereal. Haven't made them for a bit so if I find the recipe I will post it. Maybe someone else knows the recipe I am talking about.

    Good job!!!! I have alot more than 38 pounds to go... according to the WW site, to be in my healthy weight range, I have 90 lbs to lose! but I am hoping to get pregnant by the end of the year. it was the obgyn who suggested WW to me... so its going to be a very long road for me!

    I try to remember, as well, not to get discouraged if I go for a few weeks without losing anything. After all, it is an improvement over where I was at.....which was in the "gaining weight" mode. Always helps to look at the upside!

    hi everyone, I am not on WW , but battling the weight loss demons just the same. I have done great so far, ( 32-ish lbs lost) but last week managed to screw up a disc in my back ( ?? no idea what I did).
    Since last Wed I have not walked my route ( or done anything other than host a pity party for 1 , lol) that number on the scale hasn't moved, in fact the week earlier my weight had stayed the same ( first time since Apr 18th) and I thought that very odd, since I had not strayed off the menu.
    Oh well, the inches lost this week were 5 ( total ) so something is falling off somewhere I guess.

    btw DH666 good article about willpower...I am definitely in the category that said " I will, I will " and that is maybe why I feel extra bad about the scale now.

    Keep going you guys, you are all doing fabulous!

    Me, I'm not doing so good. I gained 3 lbs on Monday night's weigh-in. I am having surgery on July 4th and I am totally stressing and stress-eating. Needless to say I haven't been tracking! I have GOT to get out of this, to remind myself that this is temporary but my weight-loss if I keep at it, will be forever.
