Hello ladies! I am back finally!!! computer is fixed!! last week I gained for the first time since joining WW.. I was so mad at myself! I gained 0.1lbs lol, I ate popcorn the night before WI... wont be doing that again!!! and this week I lost 2.4lbs! yay!

I actually changed my weighin day from mon to tues a while back bc we often had a sodium laden treat on saturday but I moved back to mondays for some reason

sodium has been my enemy during August. I mean we are talking tiny amounts that are in certain things I like. Those cravings I had for the California rolls was one of the worst, because of the tiny drops of GF soya sauce I would drip over each one!
( pathetic I know, I should have poured on what I wanted)
Anyways I was 166 lbs today, so Yippee ( I think?) and I have vowed to be good ( to myself ) for the remainder of September.

Thanks again for the inspiration to health up. This weeks strategy: Eliminate (or at least cut down) on pop. Normally I only have one Coke a week as a treat. Well summer got me drinking it everyday. Because I don't like coffee I think it turned into a caffeine addiction. Each time I want a Coke I am drinking a glass of water first. Worked today. The water was much more satisfying too.
