With the crazy early hours I've had lately, I have felt tempted to reward myself with food once I get home...geez I know it never makes me feel better, so today when that craving happened I went back to the California rolls and more seafood, man that was delicious, and not all that far off the " allowable food " scale either.

I hear ya on the treats stuff. I am currently writing my PhD thesis - and Oy! what a stress-out. And we all know what stress means (or at least it does for me) pick at junk way too frequently. Our meal plan has gone to hell, and take-out is getting way too frequent. Case in point, I am enjoying authentic, delicious Mexican food... ugh! My waistline and pocketbook can't handle much more of this. Especially since it makes me feel like crap now that I know how good I can feel when I am smart about what I put in my body. Looks like I will have a batch cooking marathon of healthy stuff on Sunday. Hope to straighten out my demons.

Sigh...I seem to be on a plateau right now..or...for the past couple of weeks...BUT tonight is wine night, so I shall worry about it tomorrow! I suspect my not drinking enough water lately is the culprit.....Stay strong, everyone!!

Well the Dairy Milk is safely in the snack cupboard at work but I went to the British shop today
I expect a small gain this week, maybe I can gain it back in my boobs where I seem to have lost it all

Yeah I havent had as many veggies as I normally do... so I will be having veggie soup tonight for dinner!!! which has been sitting in the fridge for over a week now! Hope its still good lol

I treated myself to a chocolate bar the other day... and you know what? it didnt even taste that good! wth? lol

Not sure how I will do with this weeks WI... it will be my first time weighing in when its that time of the month since joining WW..

I woke up yesterday to hubby chopping veggies in the kitchen for that Fall Vegetable Soup recipe we wanted to make from the "Food and Drink" magazine from the LCBO. Lordy it was lovely!! We doubled the recipe and plopped everything into the crockpot and had it after the wedding I performed, with dark rye bread.
More today!
ps...we didn't put the spinach in because I don't like it soggying up in a soup. I did add a can of drained black beans.

Oh Lynn! With the nippy temps these days I would have had a couple bowls of that soup too! Sounds delicious.

I've lost 3lbs since I started WW on Monday However...I saved all my "extra" points for Saturday because I had friends over...so I'm scared to weigh myself tomorrow because I think I've gone over those points lol. Nonetheless, it feels good to be dropping some weight!

Well Im down 1.1lbs! yay!!! my ankles have been swollen since yesterday( didnt eat anything really salty- one of the lovely side effects from my high blood pressure medication is to swell up if I eat too much salt) so Im very happy with a loss!! I better start chugging some more water! once Ive finished this veggie soup lol.
