Yeah there is allot of sugar...but the vitamins and stuff is the same just the sugar is WOW! I buy the small 250 ml one...I don't drink reg milk so lol I guess its better then nothing...but I eat allot of yogurt so..

I have been studying studies about milk and why it is really not good for us.. My favourite quote is that humans are the only mammals that drink other mammals milk and humans are the only mammals that drink "milk" into adult hood.

There is another really interesting study about the population in asia not drinking cows milk and how they have the lowest osteoporis and prostate cancer rate in the world---I guess it is not true about milk-what our mom's would tell us--there are a lot better choices of calicum out there

Oh I hardly drink milk but I eat tons of cheese and yogurt. There is many ways of getting it other then milk.
