Awesome prize Kimmie, congrats! And it's great that you get such a range of stuff that you can share it with different family members too.

When you cash in the points for a prize do they email you to let you know that they have shipped the item?? Is there anyway to track the shipment?

They do send you an email saying your order has been shipped. I've never tried to track the shipment so I don't know if it's possible or not
Whenever I've ordered a prize though, it's come pretty quickly for me, I think only a week, and maybe two weeks has been the longest.
