The 1/2 price sale at Fortinos (Loblaws/Zehrs), when combined with the right coupons, makes for some amazing savings! Here is what I bought (although I hesitate to use the word "bought" at these prices!):
20 x SideKicks @ $ .89 each - $1.00 WUB2 coupons = $7.80
2 x Dawn detergent @ $1.24 each - $1.00 WUB2 coupon = $1.48
2 x Lysol cleaner @ $1.74 each - $1.00 WUB2 coupon = $2.48
1 x Taster's Choice coffee @ $1.89 - FPC = FREE
1 x bananas @ $1.47 - FPC = FREE
4 x AirWick i-Motion @ $3.99 - $5.00 coupons = +$4.04
15 x Heinz Baby Cereal @ $1.79 each - $2.00 coupons = +$3.15
Total sale prices before coupons = $69.93 (plus tax)
Coupons used = $65.36
Total OOP = $4.57 (plus tax)

Wow great job! They definitely had some pretty great 1/2 price deals!
The Dawn is the best price I think I've ever seen it before...I stocked up on that quite a bit, will go back for more this week
My hubby is going to start questioning why we have about 10 bottles of dish soap under the sink (he hasn't noticed yet)!

... I am surprised they let you use coupons on products where the price of the product was less than the coupon value .. usually they reduce the price of the coupon to match the product or flat out refuse to take the coupon since its more than the product value .
Good deal for you though

Way to go! You did GREAT!
I'm plotting my next trip to Loblaws--waiting till school is back in so I'm not dragging kids around with me. Can take my sweet time that way.
Glad to see you got to use the Airwick coupons. I've been wondering about that because I have a bunch that I've been sitting on & waiting for the perfect sale. Most times the sales are on the full sized ones and mine specifically state "compact or mini" so I haven't tried yet for fear of hassle."Be yourself. Everyone else is already taken." Oscar Widle
