Found this yesterday on a tearpad not sure if it has been around or is new.

Save $0.10/litre for up to 50 litres on your next fuel purchase at Petro Canada with the purchase of any 1 Aspirin 81mg product (100tablets or higher) through mail-in-rebate.
Heres how it works;
1. Purchase any 1 Aspirin 81mg product (100 tablets or higher)
2. Mail this original complete rebate form AND an original sales receipt dated between September 1 and December 31, 2011 with teh applicable Aspirin 81mg purchase circled to the address below. Completed forms must be received no later than January 31, 2012. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of your Aspirin 81mg Fuel Savings Card. Total redemptions limited to 3 Aspirin 81mg Fuel Savings Cards per household or address. Offer valid only on Canadian retail purchases and to Canadian residents. Offer not available in Quebec.

Not sure, but I think it is only valid on Aspirin Daily Low Dose since there is a picture of the Aspirin Daily low Dose on the front and the promo address says: Bayer Low Dose Aspirin 81mg Fuel Savings card offer. Sorry not able to scan.
