I think I'm going to try this ... It sounds really good and I love potatoes, do you think I can wait until Saturday morning ... I would do tomorrow ... but I should get out to go to the grocery store and I thought about 9 o'clock, I think that's enough!

well i made it tonight and it was so good! note to self tho, i'll have to grease the dish i use as my cheese really stuckup my pan. will definitly be adding to my recipe binder for sure. thanks for the idea!!

I always use parchment paper. I use it for everything, makes cleanups so easy. I hate waking up in the morning to a sink of dirty pots or casserole pans staring me in the face, lol. I learned the parchment trick years ago and I'm never without it.

We love this recipe and at my house we call it potato deluxe. lol
When I don't have hashbrowns I peel and dice potatoes and cook a bit longer. It's yummy! It's even better the next day reheated.

Ohhhh, we LOVE that stuff! I change up the cream soups with whichever one I have on hand....and use lots of shredded cheese! I also put in finely sliced green onions...YUM!!
