Is this a brag?

I am starting a new job on Tuesday and had no clothes! I've been a SAHM running a home daycare for the last 3 years AND lost weight. I literally had one pair of dress pants to wear for an interview.
I went to Sears Clearance Center to have a look around.
I bought:
1 Peacoat cotton style hip length jacket with a purpledot @ 60% off-$20
1 wool dressier long winter coat Reg. $169 marked down to $48 (LOVE THIS!)
3 dresspants @ $5ea
2 skirts @ $3 and $6
1 little basic black dress @ $7
7 pair of underwear @ $.25ea
2 camisoles @ 6ea
2 Levi's cardigan sweaters @ $9ea
2 pair of basic heels @ $9ea

I also got some nice things at Superstore too.
4 Joe basic dress shirts -@$12 full price, I felt ill but they were perfect and almost identical to the ones on sale at Ricki's for $29.
1 sweater on clearance for $6

So I feel better now about looking proper and not like a mom but I caught a freaking cold so I'll post pics tomorrow if I'm feeling a little less foggy. Oh the mom guilt kicks in lol.

Don't feel guilty at all, those are AMAZING deals!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You could have easily spent hundreds of dollars but you didn't And you need clothes for work

Congrats on the job and great score on the clothes! What's to feel guilty about? You are earning money to bring home to the family so you need clothes to do that. I think you did a great job getting all that for the prices you paid!

Great deals ...SEARS clothing is also pretty high quality & stylish compared to WM , Zellers etc , so not only you got them for cheap they are great clothes too
