    OMG. I stayed at a hotel in Manhattan and the guy in the building across the street like to iron naked. Seriously ironing naked?? Lots of things I'd do naked before ironing.

    There are some great ideas here!ol How about taking a gravol and than taking a picture of him. Than get the pic blown up and caption it, "Not the full moon I was hoping for!!" and place it in your window so that he can see it from his place

    Take a photo and put up posters around saying something about "village idiot found can someone please buy him a good set of drawers" and drop off at which ever building it is...but post it around near where they live I am sure he will be embarrassed enough to put on some clothes
