has anyone ever complained to Canada Post and actually got anything done?

I have called them several times recently as sometimes we go several days without mail delivered (my neighbours too, so its not just a lack of mail) and we often get mail addressed to other people. Its not so bad when its one of my neighbours, I just put it through their door but I got government mail for someone on another street about 5 mins from here twice now, and something from an investment bank for someone who lives around the corner from me.

The first time I called, no one returned my call

The second time, someone did call back, said they would look into it, but never called me back and had an attitude the whole time 'well that just doesn't happen' - yes it does, I am telling you it does

Now we had no mail 2 days last week and none again today (only one of my neighbours is home and he mentioned not getting mail again, but I didn't see/hear him and I usually do). The mailman drives here, picks up the mail from a box at the entrance to my building so his getting here isn't delayed too much by weather etc.
